Our Services

Event First Aid Services

We provide event first aid services for local and state-level community events and sporting events. We specialise in events with high number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and LGBTIQA+SB people

We have a focus on a holistic health care model – supporting the physical, psychological, and social impacts of a medical incident or injury. Using this model, we pride ourselves on empowering our patients to be part of the care plan post-incident/injury.

We hold an Intermediate First Aid Licence with the Victorian Department of Health, providing a high level of pre-hospital care for your next event.

First Aid and Health Training

We have partnered up with ABC First Aid (RTO 3399) in order to provide our clients with Nationally Recognised Training in first aid and other health-related training, including:

  • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

  • HLTAID0011 Provide First Aid

We come out to your location, ensuring that staff have a safe and comfortable environment to undertake classes.

We also can work on tailored made non-accredited courses to meet your workplace needs.

Social Impact

Deadly Sports Plus Aboriginal Corporation is the only organisation in the first aid industry to be an Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation, charity, and social enterprise. Our objective is to provide training and access to employment to members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, LGBTIAQA+SB community, and the disabled community. We provide fee-for-services to the Victorian community to invest in the following programs:

  • Employment in First Aid and Pre-Hospital Industry

    • Providing and supporting access to education courses to enter the industry

    • Providing employment opportunities with DS+

    • Supporting access to other organisations

  • Community First Aid Training

    • Discounted or free accredited first aid training

  • Community Event First Aid Services

    • Discounted fees for event first aid support

    • Extra staff at no costs for event first aid support
